Lusso Corsa respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how it is protected, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Newsletter registration. When you register for our monthly letter we collect your email address, your name (optional), and a record of your consent (date/time). We use this solely to send you the monthly letter about new track additions and updates. Legal basis: your consent.
Members area. When you create an account we store your login credentials and the content you add — favourite tracks, your lap times, and your garage (car details, modifications and photos). This content is private to you by default and only visible to others if you explicitly choose to make an item public. Legal basis: performance of our service to you and your consent.
Registering interest in a club. Where a circuit's owner has enabled it, you can ask us to pass your details to that club. When you submit a register-interest request we share the name, location and email you provide with that specific club so they can contact you about membership. That club then acts as an independent controller of those details. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the request.
Photos and changes you submit. If you submit a photo or a correction for a circuit, we review it before publishing. Approved photos appear publicly in that circuit's gallery without your name attached. Legal basis: your consent.
Business accounts. If you register a Business (company) account, we collect your company details and process a monthly subscription. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Technical data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice and your display preferences. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is privacy-first: it sets no cookies and does not collect personal data. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which may process limited technical data to confirm you are human. Third-party resources we load (map tiles, web fonts) may receive your IP address as a necessary part of delivering them.
We never sell your personal data. Some providers are based outside the EEA/UK; where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account and garage data is kept until you delete the item or close your account. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
You have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@lussocorsa.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Personal data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Members' private content is protected at the database level so it is accessible only to the account that created it, unless made public by that user.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. This policy, and any dispute relating to it, is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
