These terms govern your use of lussocorsa.com (the "Site"), operated by Lusso Corsa ("we", "us"). By using the Site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Lusso Corsa is an independent directory of private members' and notable racing circuits. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any circuit, club or organiser unless expressly stated. Membership prices, joining terms, facilities and other details are indicative and change frequently — always verify directly with the circuit before acting. We provide the information "as is" and do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We offer two account types:
You may use an optional username to avoid displaying your real name publicly. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You agree not to: use the Site or its data for unlawful purposes; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract the directory or republish it as a competing database; misrepresent your identity or authority over a circuit; upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading or that you do not have the right to share; or interfere with the Site's operation or security. Club LC (free membership) accounts must not be used for commercial gain.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, lap times, suggestions, listings, circuit details). By submitting it you grant Lusso Corsa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and distribute that content on and in connection with the Site. You confirm you own or have permission to share it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We review submissions before publication and may edit or decline any content at our discretion.
Company listings and track-owner edits are submitted for review and published at our discretion. "Track owner" management rights are granted only after we verify and authorise a claim, and may be revoked. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any listing or circuit information you publish. Subscriptions are billed per the price shown at sign-up; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. (Where online payment is not yet enabled, paid features may be provided on a trial or manual basis.)
Where a circuit has enabled it, registering your interest will share your name, location and email address with that circuit so they can contact you about membership. By registering interest you consent to that disclosure. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

The Site's design, branding, original text and the compiled selection and arrangement of the directory are owned by Lusso Corsa and protected by copyright and database rights. You may view and share links to the Site for personal use, but may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from substantial parts of it without our written permission.
Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification and reference only:
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email hello@lussocorsa.com with the work concerned, its location on the Site, and your contact details, and we will review and act promptly.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Motorsport is inherently dangerous; nothing on the Site is advice to attend, join or drive at any circuit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lusso Corsa is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the directory, from dealings with any circuit or third party, or from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@lussocorsa.com.
